[LAPSED] Joie nitro stroller snapped

Complaint against Joie Baby

I purchased a joie nitro buggy for my daughter. Used it twice the right side snapped on me so is now bent and doesn't hold position. I've contacted argos and joie before with no response of sorting this as I don't have the receipt. Not happy as I obviously have consumer rights

We have the joie stages carseat and I would never recommend this to anyone..the straps are constantly twisted no matter how many times I fully loosen them,I've tried triangle trick. It takes 15-20mins just to strap my daughter in and then I can't tighten them as much as they should be. Very disappointing as these seats are not cheap to replace..very unhappy cutomer
