I would like to recommend the aftercare service for Joie baby. My daughter has a 2 year old pushchair and the fold down mechanism would not work while it was in my care. When I phoned the helpline they could not have been more helpful. They said that as long as my daughter had the receipt or a bank statement they would send out a replacement chassis immediately (after ensuring during the call that one was available). Thankfully, the mechanism has righted itself (thank the Lord) - but the help and support that Joie prams would have given if the pram was broken, was amazing - even after 2 years. Excellent, Joie Baby!
