Complaint against E4 Emporium
I ordered two items from E4 Emporium via Amazon. The expected delivery date passed and the item did not arrive. I emailed E4 and stated that if they could not provide the goods within two days then they should cancel my order (the tracking history showed that the item had not yet been sent). They failed to reply and I asked them to cancel my order and provide me with a refund. They agreed to refund me within 24-48 hours. They failed to do this and I field a claim against them. Instead of providing me with a refund they sent the good a week late.I agreed to be available for three days during which they could have a courier come and take the goods from me. Again, they failed to do so and sent me sarcastic emails saying they would 'collect it sometime'. The saga is on-going and is yet to be resolved, but I feel that others should know how bad their service is. Amazon allows people to trade under their brand and companies such as E4 Emporium are damaging the Amazon brand.
