Beko

I am absolutely fuming... my washing machine had sparks flying out of the bottom of it last Monday so I rang beko as its still in the manafactures garentee, a engineer came out to look at it on Wednesday and has said it needs a new motor and a new front basically rebuilding it as its totally knackered so said he'd order the parts and be back around a week later wich is today nope I get a text last Friday to say there's no parts I just have to wait for them to text me when the parts arrive, so today I rang becko and there now saying another 3 to 5 days to get parts I'm so angry with them I have a child and a husband who is terminaly ill in our household and we our left without a washing machine when really it needs replacing I'm now going to take the washing machine down to currys tomorrow were I broght it from and hopefully might get somewhere with them if not I'm going to the echo and let them know the story
