Complaint against Beko
I had brought a beko oven through a retailer. The 1st problem was when it was first installed the oven light would not work that was resolved but still had to wait over a week for an engineer to come out. The 2nd I was cooking dinner for my children when I walked into the kitchen the glass in the oven door exploded leaving me in complete shock. Glass was everywhere. Beko was not helpful at all or sympathetic in any way, they said they would arrange for an engineer to repair it, I got messages from the repairs dept stating the parts were out of stock but would chase them as priority! This was not the case 3weeks later they have told me they can not get the parts! So now I have no cooker and it's Christmas next week!. The device I got from beko was appalling to I asked to speak to a mananger and she even put the phone down on me!.I will never buy from beko again and advise anyone not to do so to.
