Complaint against Delightful Bouquets

I have emailed the company 3 times, with no response. Ordered a bouquet with balloon for a 10th March delivery. No flowers, no explanation or response. I find it laughable when you read their customer promise - 'We are committed to cultivating the highest standards of customer service and satisfication. Our reputation is developing reliable and honest relationships based on trust with our customers and this is what drives us to make a success of what we are aiming to achieve; just purely to delight!' Bitterly disappointed - I want an explanation and reimbursement.
