I would actually give them less than this but I can't. Absolutely awful. Ordered flowers on 19th Oct and the calendar gave me the option of 20th for a delivery date. The flowers did not arrive until Monday 23rd. These were for a birthday present. I emailed a number of times and all replies contradicted each other 're delivery. They know nothing about customer service. No help with sorting this out but quick to take your money. DO NOT USE!!!!!.
