late delivery rude staff

Complaint against Delightful Bouquets

placed an order on the 17th September for a bouquet of flowers for my daughters anniversay on the 7th October. when they had not arrived i e mailed the company, no response 2 nd e mail rece an apology but blamed royal mail e mailed again 9th Oct still not arrived . received answer to read their notes re delivery (not the one that says if ordered before 4pm can deliver that day) , final e mail from them advised me that I should look for a more reliable florist who would deliver on the day requested .
