Non delivery mothers day flowers x2!

Complaint against Delightful Bouquets

I ordered 2 bouquets of mothers day flowers on 04/03/16 for 06/03/2016. One for my mum the other for my mother in law, neither of them have arrived but have been paid for. It is now 09/03/16, they still have not arrived, I emailed the company on Monday 7th but have yet to have a response.

Hi , i had the same problem. I ordered for mothers day. They arrived 5 days late and half dead! I complained numerous times. After 4 weeks they asked me to return the dead flowers for a refund! I obviously no longer had them. I contacted my bank and they refunded my money the next day. The only way you get a refund from them is if you threaten them with the ombudsman! I've reported them and to trading standards. The main thing is i have my money back.
