Complaint against Delightful Bouquets
I placed an order for Valentine's day 14th Feb for my fiancee. The order was placed on 25th Jan for this special occasion. The order arrived on 13th Feb (not 14th as requested) but as my fiancee took delivery of order the surprise had gone. As i stated the order was placed for 14th and had u known they were delivering early id have made arrangements so she wouldn't be in to see delivery. Also I should have had a balloon with order but didnt arrive. My main complaint really is i made contact with customer services via email only to be asked if I'd 'require' a replacement. The balloon didnt arrive with my order so i dont see it as a 'replacement '. When i stated this to customer services I never got a reply back. I also complained that the flowers lasted only 2 days and u see this as unacceptable.
