Complaint against Delightful Bouquets

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day from Delightful Bouquets and they inturn used a Company called lovelyfloral world to send them. I had used DB once before no problem. After the flowers did not arrive i informed DB and they sent email saying sorry they had not been delivered and refer to T&C's and delivery times. Still no flowers to date but lots of e-mails to and fro saying sorry no flowers delivered me asking for a refund from DB as i ordered with them. Not sure what they actually read in my e-mails but the word Refund never came up in their's or any mention of resending flowers until today told them not to bother. So up till now we are still sparring with e-mail's. I will keep going until they make that Refund. I will not use an online florist again without checking them out on the net first.

Hi , i had the same problem. I ordered for mothers day. They arrived 5 days late and half dead! I complained numerous times. After 4 weeks they asked me to return the dead flowers for a refund! I obviously no longer had them. I contacted my bank and they refunded my money the next day. The only way you get a refund from them is if you threaten them with the ombudsman! I've reported them and to trading standards. The main thing is i have my money back.
