Undelivered Mother's Day flowers to poorly mum

Complaint against Delightful Bouquets

I am so upset! I ordered and paid for a beautiful bunch of flowers on the 28/2/16 to reach my sick mum as I could not be with her on Mother's Day. I ordered them early to ensure they got there on time.. It's now the 11th of March, and no flowers. I have emailed delightful bouquets and had an automated reply from lovely flora world twice, repeating the same information it can take longer than the 1-2 days they stipulate. Surely this is criminal, to take someone's money and not deliver, it's stealing! Never mind the emotional trauma I feel for letting down my mother.

Hi , i had the same problem. I ordered for mothers day. They arrived 5 days late and half dead! I complained numerous times. After 4 weeks they asked me to return the dead flowers for a refund! I obviously no longer had them. I contacted my bank and they refunded my money the next day. The only way you get a refund from them is if you threaten them with the ombudsman! I've reported them and to trading standards. The main thing is i have my money back.
