Complaint against Protein World
I placed an order with Protein World a month ago, was told my order would be with me next working day, I then recieved an email from DPD informing me that they hadn't recieved my requested parcel, I emailed Protein world a week later (with still no word from them or any delivery) I have STILL not heard back from them after nearly a week of waiting de an email reply I Facebook messaged them asking what was happening and where my parcel was. 2 days later their response simply was that it had been lost in transit. No other information or how I was supposed to get the parcel I'd paid for 2 1/2 weeks previously. I asked when my parcel would be with me as I expected it and was told that it would be with me mid week. I have STILL not recieved my parcel and there is absolutely no notice or word of my parcel being shipped or anything. They are meant to be a good high quality company but when they can't even be bothered to reply to an email asking where the product I paid for is its very disappointing.
