Complaint against Fenetic Wellbeing
I ordered a rise and recliner from Fenetic Wellbeing for my husband, who is 84, suffers from severe arthritis and has fallen a couple of times recently, requiring paramedics to come and pick him up. Initially, no problems – easy to purchase, good communications, fairly quick delivery arranged. But the entire transaction completely ruined by possibly the worst delivery service ever. The driver dumped two large boxes just inside the room, and said he wasn't able to do anything more. Leaving me to climb over said boxes to get anywhere, and no way of getting the chair into a usable condition. Seriously unimpressed. It would be kinder to customers – many of whom are probably purchasing at a time of stress – to advise them ahead of time that they are on their own when it comes to unpacking and setting up very heavy and awkward items. And perhaps provide the option of paying a bit more for a delivery driver who gives a damn.
