I ordered a sun balloon that played 'dont worry be happy' for my disabled son for Easter as he can't eat food. He opened the box Easter Sunday and it was a completely different balloon to what I ordered. So I emailed them to get them to either correct the order or refund me. I received a very poorly written email back saying the sun was out of stock so they took it upon themselves to send me an easter balloon instead, as I wrote happy Easter in my message. They said they would sort it out and send me the correct balloon. A few weeks passed and I heard nothing, sent a few more emails nothing! So I rung them and asked for my money back if they aren't going to give me what I paid for. They then told me it states in there terms and conditions they can change the order if out of stock. Which it does, BUT it also say they will contact you to discuss this 1st and give you the chance to cancel. Which they did not do! If they had of done I would have cancelled as because of the way my son is it had to be that exact balloon. The lady clearly didn't want to refund me or deal with me, she was very rude and said she 'did have time for this'. Terrible customer service!! Do not use these people, they will disappoint you and rip you off. I really wish I had read all the other bad reviews before I use them!
