Complaint against iSwegway
I placed an order for a Swegway for my daughters Christmas present. The item arrived very quickly which was good. However, after opening the box ready to charge it for Christmas, I discovered that the Swegway we had received was the incorrect one and the one we had received was in fact damaged!!!!!!! I tried on numerous occasions to contact the company via the telephone. After finally waiting for over 2 hours in the automated queuing system to them, I was cut off when I became caller number 1!!!!! I have emailed on numerous occasions and just get a generic response saying that I will be contacted within 48 hours. Days later I am still waiting. I have advised them that I have contacted Trading Standards and they are still not interested in my complaint. All I can say is, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A DISGRACE!
