Complaint against iSwegway
Ordered and paid for swegway on 15th November 2016. Advertise 48 hours delivery. Received email on 18th November apologising that there was a delay and they would try and get my good to me w/c 21st November 2016. Waited till Friday 25th rang - told despatch on 28th November Rang 1st December - No delivery Rang 5th December - Still no delivery. Could not give me an exact date. Really bad customer service - every time I rang told a different dispatch date? Do I cancel my order - how long before I get my money back (£500) so I can purchase another one from different supplier? Help Thank you.
