Complaint against iSwegway
I ordered a hoverboard and cart deal back in 10th December for my daughters Xmas present and paid for it thinking it would have arrived well before Xmas. I then called their customer services a few times but was put on an automated answer line each time so as it was too close to Xmas asked for a refund . I have emailed them 3 times about this issue and have still not received a response and think they have poor customer services. I have left my last email today and if I don't receive a response in the next few days I will be contacting consumer advice and trading standards to help me get this resolved . I actually bought a hoverboard for my other daughter last Xmas from this company and had no problems but this is putting me off them .
