Not received order placed on 9th December 16, promised 48 hour delivery
Complaint against iSwegway
I placed the order for an 8" Swegway on the understanding that it would be delivered within 48 hours, I gave them until the following Wednesday 14th December and sent an e mail asking them to confirm the delivery date and tracking details. I didn't hear anything so on Thursday I tried ringing, I was on hold for 1 hour and 20 mins before my call was answered, they advised me that they had just received a new delivery of swegways and they were being tested. They assured me that my order would be dispatched Monday 19th and that I would receive a confirmation e mail before 3pm. This never materialised, so I contacted them again yesterday with another 1 hour 8 mins on hold, I was advised that they were just getting them ready to be dispatched and it would definitely be sent on Tuesday 20th, I stated that I was getting very worried that this Swegway would not arrive before Christmas and that I would have a very upset little boy on Christmas Day, they advised me that it would definitely be sent on the 20th and that they would email me with details. I've tried ringing all of their contact numbers today, even the sales team but I cannot get through, i keep on getting an automated message that their is no-one available to take my call. I have paid £435.00 for this order and I am beyond frustrated.
