Swegway returns for repair. No further response to numerous emails

Complaint against iSwegway

Bought swegway April 2017. Broke down jun2017. Contacted iswegway via email (this is the only way to communicate as real number on site isn’t valid and says to use email) jul2017 with problem and they asked for details and 10 photos of swegway to determine if could be repaired under warranty. After a few days replies to say would be repaired under warranty if we returned to them. However had to pay £17 to cover transport and have bank details to transfer money to. Iswegway would then get courier to send label to print for return and instructions. We deposited money and informed them by email. Couple of weeks later had not received email with returns label. Contacted by email and returns label was promptly forwarded with instructions. We packaged up swegway and returns via courier. This was end August early September. Since then we have heard nothing from iswegway. I have emailed every other week since then asking for a update and prompt return of item repaired? I have not had any response to any of me emails whatsoever!!
