Complaint against Ticket Selection
Failed to provide Coldplay tickets bought in December for gig in July, found out three days before by generic email, when we emailed to ask where tickets were? They sent reply no tickets they would send refund in 10days. 1-The tickets were a Christmas gift. 2- We had payed flights and accommodation in Dublin 3- They didn't offer alternative as per their own t&c 4- went to their Facebook and saw almost every comment was looking for heir missing tickets, complaining or asking where refunds were for various concerts, these were removed without answer We still have no refund on the original tickets, have emailed dozens of times to be told now to contact and claim through credit card??? This was devastating and is beyond a joke...Avoid them at all costs. No legitimate business behaves in the above manner. I suggest further investigation into its practices.
