Complaint against Ticket Selection

We ordered 2 tickets to see Catfish and the Bottlemen at Derby Arena for tonight (5th November 2016). Ticket Selection deducted £189 from our account on 21st September 2016. Less than 29 days to go and despite many frantic emails quite clearly showing our mistrust that we would ever get the tickets we received only ONE short reply... eventually 2 days to go, stating that tickets were in the PROCESS OF BEING DESPATCHED!! We rang their telephone number EVERY SINGLE DAY, twice a day religiously, over the past 7 days. Not one call was EVER answered! Today I rang the venue and relayed our story, we were asked to contact our bank immediately and report that we had been scammed! We were additionally informed that the tickets for our concert should have cost us £20 each!!!! Although there will be an investigation, we are devastated, this was a present for our daughter's immense efforts for her GCSEs. She was over the moon when we told her she was going to see the band! We are going to contact as many local media as possible and put warnings about this company ALL over social media and so are all our friends and family!

You make it sound as though a refund makes it okay! First of all the refund did NOT INCLUDE the booking fee ans secondly bur MUCH MORE importantly... what about inconvenience, disappointment, stress and worry, uncertainty. You don't allow any contact between yourselves and customer during transaction, allowing your company to scam without complaint or question. No explanation is ever afforded.

You also kept our money in your bank account until well after the event, perhaps this indicates the reason you exist. Interest free cash loans for 30 days and on top of that the customer is charged a booking fee! Your terse comment is another offensive blow to add to the resentful displeasure we feel. How do you get away with it and how much guilt do you carry? How long will you carry on?
