Complaint against Ticket Selection
I ordered 3 x Strictly Come Dancing Tickets as an 18th Birthday Surprise for my disabled daughter. The event was taking place on 20th Jan 2018 at 2.30pm in Birmingham Arena. The tickets were ordered on the 27th December 2017, £232.66 was taken from my bank account on the Jan 2th 2018. I emailed the company over a 10 day period requesting when would I receive our tickets. I only ever received an automated reply saying 'please be patient the tickets will be with you on time'. We made the 3 hour journey to Birmingham having booked a hotel for the surprise event. The company never replied to my emails the day before the event and on the day. My daughter who has learning difficulties was absolutely beside herself when we were unable to access the event. This company is a disgrace, you have caused so much unnecessary anxiety, stress, disappointment. My daughter will not get back her special day again. I will ensure that I take my feedback of your company to the BBC, to Citizens Advice, to Fraud Action and I will complain to Google so NO ONE ELSE has to go through the hideousness that we did.
