Complaint against Ticket Selection
I bought 3 tickets a few months ago from Ticket Selection for Panic at the Disco on 18th Nov in Catdiff. I emailed to company to ask when would my tickets arrived and they said they would send them out 10 - 7 days before the concert. No tickets arrived. In their terms of contract it states that not all tickets are sent out, sometimes you might have to meet up with one of their representatives near or at the ventue to pick the tickets up. I waited for an email on the day of the concert for instructions on where and when to meet with their rep but no email. It is now 20th Nov and the concert has been and gone. I have 3 very upset teenagers . I have been emailing Ticket Selection and no they are not replying. I would like a full refund of £234.50 my order number is 16476.
