Complaint against Ticket Selection

I ordered tickets to see Billy connolly at Newcastle city hall on 16 November, I purchased them back in July. Last week received an email advising us the tickets would be issued shortly and not to contact the company until 2 days before the event. 2 days before still no tickets, tried to ring the helpline number which is an answer phone message telling you to email. So I emailed and received a reply advising the tickets would be issued the next day, I replied asking how the tickets would get to me in time they then advised the would send an E ticket. On the day of the event still no tickets, sent 3 emails to which I have had no reply, today (day after event) to ask for a refund. No reply as yet. Reported the company to the police online fraud area who advised the company was very well known to them.
