Complaint against Ticket Selection
Me and a friend bought 2 tickets to see Bastille in Leeds on the 4/11/16, we got an email saying they were being dispatched a few days ago, the email also said we may get contacted in regards of picking the tickets up on the day, we didn't have an issue with this at all. It is now the day of the concert and we have had no contact at all, after paying nearly £100 for the tickets to then book hotels, pay petrol and parking I think this is a really unfair situation. I have been waiting since I was 13 to see this band and I had finally got tickets only to realise I wasn't actually getting any! Not happy at all!
