Rolling Stones 15.06.2018 After paying for two tickets in early March and repeated chasing via email (no telephone contact number given) of this outfit through their joke of a Customer Support Team, (who ignored my numerous requests for an update on my tickets) I have been emailed by them just now to advise they can't provide the tickets as they were "let down" by the ticket provider for tonight's concert. I'm the one who feels MASSIVELY LET DOWN and would strongly ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately for me, I didn't realise this at the time of booking the tickets over 3 months ago but wish I'd read the reviews first. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY AS WELL AS DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! They promise a full refund after 28 days so we'll see what happens.
