Complaint against Ticket Selection
I purchased two tickets priced £60 each for the Panic! At The Disco gig at Alexandra Palace on Saturday 19 November 2016 and paid a "SHIPPING / admin charge" of £9.95. I've just received an email from them to tell me the tickets have to be collected at the venue and I should await further information. I am not attending the gig - the tickets were purchased for my daughter and her friend. They will not have the credit card with them that was used in the transaction and I am alarmed now to see that Ticket Selection have "previous" for this. I note that some customers have had to collect tickets from a man outside - this is completely unacceptable and it looks like I will now have to accompany the girls to the venue, which is extremely inconvenient. I am very unhappy that Ticket Selection have taken payment for shipping, particularly as reading the vast number of complaints online it would suggest there was never any intention to post the tickets. Do the tickets even exist? I am very dissatisfied. Please help!
