Complaint against Ticket Selection

I purchased tickets for Lionel Ritchie in Colchester on the day they were released in December 2015 for my husbands birthday June 25th. They took £196 from me and £6.95 shipping. I did not receive the tickets but an email a week before saying they were having trouble getting them to me even though they had 6 months. The day before they sent me another email saying I needed to meet a "John" at the venue but not a particular place and gave me a mobile number. I was not happy about this as I paid a lot of money. After walking around the venue looking for John we rang him and he was a dodgy looking ticket tout down the road. When I asked for my tickets he produced 2 for the north stand which are cheaper than what I ordered and stated East/West. I said I was not happy but he did not care. The tickets are at least £30 cheaper each and I paid for postage of tickets which I also want back. Since then I have emailed the company 6 times, I got 1 response saying they would reply to my email within 28 days they never did. I have called their telephone number and its an answerphone that say please email Where do I go next. these people should not get away with this. Many thanks
