Complaint against Ticket Selection

Below is a copy of my 6th email/message to Ticket Selection. I have been trying to make contact for 4 days. They do not respond to emails and there phone is constantly engaged. The performance is tomorrow night so I'm guessing I will not get my tickets and I will have to try and get my money back from my credit card company. So this is the 6th time I have made contact and you have not responded. It is now the day before the performance (59090026), the only correspondence you have ever sent is the confirmation of purchase 20.09.2017 and a standard email (30885) promising to deal with my query - you haven't. Having read hundreds of reviews I can only assume I am yet another victim of your sharp business practice and that I am not going to get the tickets I paid £285.00 for last September. The tickets were a Christmas gift and a thank you to my 18 year old son who has had a tough year. It is completely outrageous that your company continues to pray on innocent and trusting customers. My children will be so disappointed. Your telephone number is obviously another scam it is constantly engaged even in the middle of the night. I will make contact with my credit card company this afternoon to try and get my money back. I will also contact Which, Trading Standards, Resolver and any other review company and governing body I can find. I have other tickets booked through your company and I will ask my credit card provider to claim back ALL payments to you.
