No answer from them via email after having contacted 3 times.
Complaint against Ticket Selection
Ticket selection take your money immediately and email you to,say the tickets are ready. You then read the small print to say they won't send them out until concert week. That's not good enough for a start. I emailed them 3 times to clarify address and ask about delivery and even though it says they will be in touch within 24-36, they don't reply. This needs to go to trading standards as this is toatally unacceptable.
