Complaint against Ticket Selection
I am writing to complain about the shockingly aweful ticket service (and I use that term loosely due to the fact I never got mine) as per your email my tickets did not arrive 7-10 days in advance as stated on your website. Instead at the final hour I was sent a generic email instructing me to meet a courier (not even a ticket selection representative) and forced to travel to Cardiff with my party that had come from as far away as Dublin with no physical ticket or guarantee of entry, stressful to say the least!! Upon my arrival at the venue I contacted your courier as per your email, who informed me he hadn't even arrived at the venue at the time of gates opening. I attempted to recontact him numerous times, however I was forwarded to his voicemail. I was obviously not alone as his phone was repeatedly engaged or going to voicemail (one contact person for such a large event is unacceptable). This has resulted in me missing the concert at a substantial financial loss (travel cost ,ticket cost, hotel cost and phone cost) and equally emotional loss with many disappointed people. The "service" from start to finish has been consistently vague and unprofessional and not as advertised, (I have a full record of correspondence with your company). I am therefore requesting a full refund on the tickets at the very least as I have paid for services and goods I have not received.
