No tickets and company refusing refund!

Complaint against Ticket Selection

I ordered my tickets in march 2017 for a concert in november 2017 every time i contacted them before the concert they assured me my tickets would be here in time but once the day of the concert came still no tickets. I emailed them and all they said was they would issue a refund and i still havent recieved it iv checked with my card company and still nothing and now i cant get in touch with them. They dont reply to emails or messages and never answer the phone i would warn anyone thinking about using this company not too its been a complete let down and very stressful i am now reporting them to trading standards as i am not letting them get away with this!
