Complaint against Ticket Selection

I ordered bastille tickets in July for 29th October in Plymouth and have still not received them or had any confirmation from ticket selection. I have my payment reference number on my credit card but after having left 2 emails and tried to ring the company I have had no response. I have booked travel and accommodation as it's a surprise for my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I will be absolutely gutted if we can't go and I just want some feedback from them. And my tickets obviously!!!

I have now emailed 3 times and attempted to contact ticket selection by phone 3 times. Both of which they have not responded to, there is not even a voicemaul service. I notice they seem to pick and choose whose complaints they respond to on here. I'm disgusted with the service and shall publicly advertise this unless I receive my tickets as expected. Really disappointed.

Still no tickets ticket selection! And no response on here. It's seems they are only responding to complaints they are supplying the tickets for....eventually. Where are the tickets ticket selection or a response at least
