Complaint against Ticket Selection
Booked tickets back in April for my daughter to see Panic at the Disco at Manchester O2 Apollo tomorrow 17th November. 7th November received a holding email stating they were aware we hadn't received our tickets and they would follow by Special delivery (tracking ref to be provided) or by email, With one day to go I have emailed the company twice with no response. On ringing the Telephone number on their website I'm met with a recorded message telling me to email. Reading other complaints on here if I get any response I'm expecting it to be to meet a representative at the venue tomorrow evening to collect the tickets. Even if we decide to try this the courier may be in for a shock when my 6ft 2in, 19 stone ex rugby player husband turns up!!!! Lets wait and see but reading other comments on here I don't hold out much hope. Even if this resolves itself we will be staying well clear of this company and will ensure everyone we knows does the same.
