[LAPSED] Non delivery of Radio 2 Live tickets

Complaint against Ticket Selection

Originally alerted that they could be a dodgy company when I was billed to my credit card in Euros. Alerted my credit card company at the time who are happy to follow up if my tickets do not arrive. However I reasoned that this company can't be so bad as they ranked top in the search ending ranking - they clearly pay for search engine optimisation. Have contacted them several times by phone but it always clicks straight into a voice mail saying they are very busy at the moment. I email the address they provide to chase my tickets and all you get is a standard response saying they will be dispatched soon. The concert is in 3 days time! Do I give up and just get my credit card company to start proceedings to retrieve my money? I have subsequently found out the ticket charge I paid was actually double the real cost plus I have paid £9.95 for shipping.
