Complaint against Ticket Selection
Ordered and paid for 2 tickets in August to see Rod Stewart on 26th November 16 at the 02 Got a confirmation email and it said tickets would be received 5-7 days in advance of concert When they didnt arrive I emailed and got a reply saying they were in the process of allocating tickets and I would get a tracking number. Norhing has been received I have sent 4 emails and got no reply and I have called their number all day. I live in the North and should have driven down to stay with my sister today and cant as have had no tickets. This is a very special present for my sister who has been very poorly and I wanted to make her dream to see this concert come true Instead it is a nightmare. I paid £210 and if this turns out to be a scam I will be heartbroken Please can anyone help?
