Complaint against Ticket Selection
I ordered tickets early May from this company as part of my daughters birthday present. The confirmation email stated the following: Dear Customer, Thank you for your recent order on Concert Tickets | Buy & Sell Concert Tickets UK . Your order is now complete! Your tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible. We advise customers that tickets are posted 7-10 days before the event, however in some rare cases they may not be posted until the day before the event. All tickets are posted via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. With only 3 days to go, i'm still waiting for the tickets to arrive. This company has had plenty of time to get tickets to me. I don't want an email ticket as that wasn't what they advised and I certainly don't want to go to the venue in the hope of meeting someone that i don't know. If you send the tickets today via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, i will amend my review.
