Complaint against Ticket Selection
I brought the tickets April 29th 2016 on the day of release as a birthday present for my little sister. The concert is now 2 days away and tickets are no where to be seen! I have been sent an email saying that the company are aware that I have not yet recieved my tickets and that they will be sent either via royal mail with a tracking number or by email. I have not been given a tracking number or been sent any email yet . I spent £130 on these tickets and can not afford for that money to just be stolen through a scam from me. I have not long sent an email which I am hoping for a reply I will be calling tomorrow morning also to get answers! I would like these tickets to be couriered to me ASAP as I do not feel meeting a total stranger on a street corner is very safe and not the actions of a legitimate company! I also have the added expence of train tickets this is planned to be an expensive night and if no tickets turn up all that money is wasted! I would like a reply to this complaint ASAP!
