Complaint against Ticket Selection

I have emailed you about ten times, I have continuously tried to call you I have wrote all over your facebook posts and still not even one reply from you. These 3 tickets I bought for me an my daughters were an early Christmas presents and when they both come home from school today I am going to have to tell them they will not be going an see the disappointment in their eyes an their heartbreak. How can you be such a disgusting company, you know fully well parents buy off you for their children how you can sleep knowing you've caused that kind of upset to a child. My order is 24152 I have seen you've responded to a few of these with asking for the order number so here it is now respond away with what's happening as I'm currently filling out a fraud form and th step after that will be to contact the police
