Complaint against Ticket Selection
I, with money from my 17 year old daughter, paid £100 for 2 Radio 1 Xtra tickets in September for her big sisters birthday. The day before the concert, when days off had been booked and travel tickets purchased, we were advised there were no tickets. We have still not received a refund despite numerous requests and a untruthful email on 6th December stating, Hello Nicola, Apologies for the delay but the refund was already processed on our end however it was banking rules that allows it to post back on your account in 28 banking days which we have to abide by. this was obviously a lie. I have made repeated requests for information and am disgusted at this company. I want my refund before the end of this week.
