I purchased a gig ticket in July 2017 as part of my son's 18th birthday gift. The day before the gig I received an email telling me there was no ticket and my money would be refunded in 28 days. That was November 2017 and I still don't have my money back. I am emailing daily, messaging via the website and was contacting them via Facebook until they blocked me. There is no answer from the published phone number. These people have left my son heartbroken and stolen my money and I want it back.
