Still no refund of £279.95 for Lionel Richie Tickets on the 2nd July
Complaint against Ticket Selection
Having ordered 2 Lionel Richie for 2nd July - they decided to tell us on the 30th June "Unfortunately, as we have been let down by our supplier we may have to downgrade your tickets, alternatively we can offer you a full refund or tickets for Lionel Richie on the 6th July" To which i replied - I will have a full refund please - On the 4th July - I emailed them asking when to expect my refund - they replied: The process has been actioned at our end but due to change in credit card processor the old one is being rather slow, we recommend issuing chargeback with your bank/card provider to speed the process up!!! - I have emailed numerous times asking why i have still not received my refund but they do not respond at all !!!! Neither will they answer the phones - there is just a voicemail asking you to email - to which they don't reply either.
