Complaint against Ticket Selection

I bought 3 MCFly tickets - order number14508- back in April. The date and venue were changed in June as the concert was postponed by the band. I had e mails from Ticket Selection changing date and venue and they seemed efficient and helpful. The new date is now 5 days away and I cannot contact Ticket Selection and no sign of tickets. The phone number on their website is an answer phone which gives an email address which does not work as messages bounce back. The email that I was contacted on about date and venue change in June doesn't work either. I have no idea what to do now and am very angry as tickets were expensive and a birthday gift for my daughter. There are so many complaints on forums etc about this company.

NO. I am still waiting - a day before the concert. Unable to contact Ticket Selection on the email address they gave me on this website. I will now attempt to get my money back....how likely is that?? No holding out much hope. So annoyed.

Have u got the receipt the venue might still let u in if u have proof u brought the tickets As I'm be doing that Wednesday if mine don't come

Its Monday 26th September - one day before the concert. I have heard nothing from Ticket Selection - having e mailed to the address that you gave me here. No reply, no call, no tickets. You have only replied to my complaint on this site saying tickets are being dispatched....WHERE ARE THEY?

I was sent 2 e tickets at 4.30 on the day of the concert and told to wait for a call from a supplier who would be at the venue with the third ticket. We live 2 hours outside London so the timing was useless and anyway I'm not sending my 16 year old daughter and friends to meet some guy who may or may not turn up with tickets. This supplier did call - at 6.50 10 minutes before the concert started.

Ticket Selectionwill say they supplied the tickets but in fact all they have supplied is a lot of grief, loss of money and very disappointed daughter and friends. DONT USE THEM
