Complaint against Ticket Selection

I bought 2 Justin Bieber tickets last December (2015) as a Christmas present for my 16 year old daughter. She has been looking forward to it all year. The date set was 15 October 2016. On 28 September I got an email from the company (originally ticket-selection.co.uk now ticket-selection.com) saying WE KNOW YOU HAVEN'T GOT YOUR TICKETS YET - YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL GIVING YOU A ROYAL MAIL TRACKING NUMBER etc etc. It is now 14 October and I have been ringing the automated phone all day. It is a London number 0207 but I see the company address is Spain. The automated message advises you to email them. I've been doing that all day and no response. The website is basic. I feel I've been had. The tickets amounted to £130 each so we have lost about £260 if they do not come tomorrow. Communication is shocking and my daughter is really upset.
