Complaint against Ticket Selection

I paid over £1200 for tickets to c2c on the 11/03/17. As we were travelling from Northern Ireland on Friday the 10th march to be in time for the concert on Saturday, we had flights and hotels booked, family coming down from the midlands as well. I sent several emails asking when the tickets were going to be delivered but never received a reply. You left me with no option but to buy new tickets. I want a full refund on the tickets I purchased through you. I will be going to trading standards, star and also be calling into BBC radio 2 who promote the C2C a lot, so your company will be getting a lot of bad press. Your company is a disgrace and a scam company. Please get back to me and issue me a refund

Go to your bank and say it was a fraudulent transaction as that is exactly what it was. You should get your money back that way

Hi Victoria I can see that your tickets were dispatched on the 9th to be delivered on the 10th ready for the concert on the 11th- all of which is explained is possible on the terms and conditions that you yourself agreed to upon checkout. I can see you received all 8 tickets that you had ordered and therefore we are unable to refund you as stated in our terms and conditions.

I didn't receive my tickets. It is also stated that if you need to make other arrangements for tickets to be picked up then this can be arranged. I emailed you all throughout the week asking when I would get my tickets, you didn't reply once. therefore you have breached the contract. I want a full refund and will not drop this case until I get one

I DONT CARE IF THEY WERE DISPATCHED ON THE 9TH TO BE DELIVERED ON THE 10TH. THE TICKETS WERENT HERE BY THE TIME WE HAD TO LEAVE. IF YOU HAD CHECKED ANY OF THE EMAILS I SENT YOU DURING THE WEEK UP THE THE EVENT YOU WILL SEE THAT I EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED TO KNOW WHERE AND WHEN I WAS GOING TO GET MY TICKETS. I COMMUNICATED WITH YOU AND ASKED SEVERAL TIMES, I EVEN BOOKED THE TICKETS IN NOVEMBER

SO THE FACT THAT YOU DIDNT DELIVERED UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THE CONCERT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I STILL EXPECT A FULL REFUND AS YOU DID BREACH YOUR TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. I WILL TAKE THIS TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT, WATCH DOG, THE RADIO, THE NEWSPAPERS, ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN

You are a bunch of liars, how can you see that i received 8 tickets when the were dispatched AFTER we had left home. Gave you plenty of notice. Getting my money back
