Complaint about Ticket Selection My Order number is 24222 for 2 Coldplay tickets in Cardiff. I have now sent several emails after my payment was blocked by my bank, as they wanted to check I had authorised this payment. I had an email saying that my order was 'on hold' due to 'problems with my card' and that you would ring me if I emailed you. That was 7th October, and I have set 7 emails since then and called you on numerous occasions. Nobody has ever answered the phone, replied to my emails or telephoned me. I booked a hotel in Cardiff on the strength of the original ticket confirmation email I received, which has cost me £200 and cannot be refunded. Please respond to my query immediately.
