Complaint against Ticket Selection
I bought 2 tickets in June 2017 for Queen concert in December. Up until the day before the event I was still being promised tickets by post or email. The day before the event 8th Dec I received an email to say they could not get the tickets. I contacted them to ask about a refund. They said it would be 10 days then 28 days and tried to blame the delay inrefyndung on the bank. They have had £235 of my money earning interest for six months and still not refund.
