Complaint against Ticket Selection

24.03.17 I received notice from Barclaycard that payment had been declined 25.03.17 I received email from Ticket selection that order gone through - recorded delivery by Royal Mail for tickets etc 13.04.17 I contacted Barclaycard & they advised I contact supplier - what a joke that has turned out to be... despite various numbers & email addresses left for them NO RESPONSE 18.04.17 - TODAY despite further emails NO RESPONSE AT ALL from Ticket Selection 20.04.17 - will I be in London or 100+ miles away wondering what the hell is going on I get that tickets delivered late are less susecptible to ticket touting but 2 days before is RIDICULOUS I already called Royal Mail sorting office for my address - nothing in their system for today - so actually it will be max of 1 day before - that is IMO UNACCEPTABLE
