Complaint against Ticket Selection

I bought 2 tickets for a gig in June for £149.95 On the day of the event I was emailed saying that the tickets weren't going to arrive. Sorry. I emailed immediately to get a refund, and was told a refund had already been processed and would be with me in 10 days. 10 days later I emailed and was told they meant 10 working days. a few days later I emailed and was told they meant 28 days. I was then told they meant 28 working days. today (more than 2 months after the event) I have still not received any money. I have contacted them every 3 days since and have been told repeatedly that 'it's being passed to our supervisor' or 'our accounts team will get in contact' to no avail. Ticket-Selection, if you're there, you ruined my mothers birthday, and you're now ruining months of my time which I'm wasting talking to your 'customer service' team.

Hi Joe, we had exactly the same problem. We took all our evidence to our bank and they refunded us through a 'chargeback' system. They are claiming from Ticket Selection's merchant. Be certain to show the email that states they couldn't supply your tickets. Good luck!
